Unit details:
- Quintech QE3, Module Address No. 0100 (QA1 controller)
- Dual redundant power supplies – both showing AC OK + DC OK (green)
- 2x QE3 SYS CONTROL cards (Linux – RWIPQI7052), 1x QE3 Q-ROUTE, 1x QE3 MEMORY card
- 4 Input Cards, 1 Output Card
- Front touchscreen powers on and displays the Quintech boot logo with "Loading..."
- Unit does not complete boot – stuck on loading screen after extended power-on time
- One SYS CONTROL card shows an amber/orange LED – likely the root cause
- XRBUS terminators installed on rear panel
- Weight approx. 40.4 kg

The unit is located in Düsseldorf, Germany. I am open to shipping (freight/pallet) or local pickup.
