17/09/2014The ad stated one catch was broken when in fact 2 were but otherwise good purchase.
Note by BB List Staff: This is the first time that this problem has been brought to our attention and to our knowledge the seller wasn't given the opportunity to make amends. The buyer has had the case for four months now.
The seller did give this buyer the chance to buy a case with no broken latches.
PeliCases offer a lifetime warranty and I understand that they will send out replacement latches free of charge.
