Sachtler 'steadicam' kit: System Artemis DV Pro, MD/V-mount.
With the current set-up, the arm's capacity is 5kg (light). By changing the canisters, you can increase this to 8kg (medium) or 15kg. (Heavy). This is something the new owner would have to take care of themselves. No other canisters are included in the sale.
Single battery model, but can be adapted to take a dual battery system. New owner would need to contact the manufacturer to purchase the necessary equipment, but I understand that it is possible to make it a dual battery system.
In its flight case, this item is weighing in at 37kg. So with the added weight of packaging materials, I'm saying it weighs 40kg when doing searches for shipping quotes.
A recent search for sending to New York was starting at about £260 including insurance etc.
It won't be the same for every address and country, obviously, but I give this as an idea of what to expect in shipping costs. But it really does depend on where you are. Please let me know your shipping address (postal/zip code is important) if you'd like a quote.
One owner, with very light use since purchased new in 2012.
Complete with Kudo C stand
7" colour screen
Tools for adjustment (Allen key etc)
x2 VECT ET95S batteries with charger
Power cable for camera and monitor
Wheeled flightcase (this was £400 alone).
In extremely good cosmetic condition. Only some light scratches to rear frame of vest, otherwise it's as new and in full working order.
I have a Sony XH A1 camera that was sometimes used with this system that is also available for sale, but, more importantly, it can be put on this system for demonstration purposes if you come to see the equipment.
Not many of these come up for sale (last one I saw was on EBay in September 2017), so this is a very rare chance to get an amazing stabilisation system.
I am happy to discuss courier/postage options with potential buyers. This is a very heavy item once in its flight case, so it won't be cheap, but certainly should not be difficult for me to arrange transportation.
