BB Equipment List - TRADE & EQUIPMENT HIRE LISTINGS

For a single fee Manufacturers and retailers of new products can list products in BB List on-line database. Equipment Hirers can also use the listings.
We do not charge a commission on hire or the sales of these items.

Listing Details

• Trade listings are differentiated from private listings by their background colour. The reference number is replaced by the word 'Trade' or 'Hire'.
• Listings will be published in the database tables as shown above. This summary shall consist of
  • 'Category'.
  • 'Trade' or 'Hire' flag.
  • A summary description with a link to Vendor details and more information and, if provided, a link to pictures.
  • A price.
  • VAT/NV indicator.
• The trading name, contact address, contact telephone numbers and email address must be published. Where applicable, a fax number and web site address with hyperlink to that web site may be published if it is the wish of the Trader. The trader's logo can also appear on the 'Vendor information & more details' page.
• Detailed descriptions of the product will be published as well as images, if they are provided.
• The Trader/Hire Company must provide the 'copy' and all images. Where 'copy' or images are subject to copyright, permission must be obtained and licence given to BB List to publish.
  • The copy should consist of a Summary which can be no longer than 120 characters including spaces, numbers and symbols. There is no limit on the length of the description but download time will increase slightly in proportion to the length of the description.
  • Logos must be no greater than 100 pixels high or 350 pixels wide. They can be in either a gif or jpeg format
  • Images of products should be jpeg format. The published size is 300 pixels wide by 250 pixels high. There will be a charge for any images which are manipulated by us. We will accept up to ten images per listing but remember that the greater the number of images the longer the download time.

Charges

• The minimum charge is £40 (€60) for six months. This is for up to four separate listings for four different products.
• If more than four listings are required, the charge will be pro rata.
• Payment for listings shall be in advance.
• Payment can be by BACS, cheque drawn of a British Bank or PayPal.

Terms and Conditions

• Trade listings on the BB Equipment web site are only available for manufacturers and retailers for the listing of new products or for those Hiring Equipment. Trade listings are NOT available for the sale of used or 'privately' owned goods.
• Each listing is for the sale or the hire of one product, or product type, only.
• BB List reserves the right not to accept any advertisement for any reason.
• BB List reserves the right to withdraw an advertisement should it be deemed inappropriate .
• BB Equipment List will not be involved in any part of the sales process, or hiring process, or negotiations or disputes arising as a result of the placing of a Trade Listing.
• BB List will not charge commission on the sale or hire of any product advertised in a Trade Listing.
