As a seller you will be required to accept the Sales Agency Agreement.
If you are offering items for sale you signify that you have full title of ownership of any item you offer for sale. As a buyer you must accept the Conditions of Sale
You also signify that no other person or organisation has any claim on the item you offer for sale.
Advertisements and sales enquiries will only be accepted on provision of your name, your full postal address (a PO Box number is not acceptable), telephone number and e-mail address.
Bazza's Bazaar reserves the right not to accept any advertisement for any reason.
